Glebe Road, Brunker Road and leafy side streets
Glebe Road and Brunker Road are the main routes through the suburb, and the side streets are quiet, tree-lined and close together. Established trees drop leaves and sap onto roofs and into gutters, and they keep walls and fences damp.
Roofs in Adamstown are often corrugated metal or older tile, and both can grow moss and lichen in shaded spots. The suburb rises toward Adamstown Heights, where some streets are steep and driveways slope. On narrow streets with parked cars, we plan where to place equipment so neighbours are not blocked in.
