How do we quote and work?
You tell us the address, the surface and the problem. A few photos help. We confirm the scope and the cost in writing before any work starts, and we tell you what is and is not included.
On the day, we ask you to close windows and move vehicles and furniture. We protect plants, check where the wash water will go and test a small patch on delicate surfaces. When we finish, we rinse down and walk through the result with you.
If we find damage we cannot fix, such as cracked tiles or rotten boards, we tell you plainly and leave the repair to the right trade.
